This memorial is on the outside of the Municipal Mutual Insurance building at the junction of London Road and Cumberland Place.
The RMS Titanic sailed from her company's home port of Southampton on her maiden voyage on 10 April 1912.
Five days later, in the early hours of the 15th of April, the ship with great loss of life after striking an iceberg.
The disaster which made headlines across the world had a devastating effect on the people of Southampton.
